RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

 Should there be any kind of problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible by email or phone, a maximum of 48 hours after you have received the order.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or your order has arrived damaged, don’t worry, we guarantee to replace it or to send you a different product of the same value.

Maybe the product you ordered is out of stock? We will inform you by email so you can choose to replace it with an item of the same value or cancel the order. If you have paid for the order using Paypal, credit card or a bank transfer, we will refund the amount of the order using same payment method.

Delivery costs when returning items. We will gladly pay for all delivery costs when items are returned due to defects/damage, incorrect quantity or when the received items differ to the original order. If this happens, we will organise a courier to collect the items and return them to our warehouse.

In other cases, the cost of returning unwanted items will be your responsibility. We recommend you use a certified post service to ensure the goods arrive safely back in our warehouse.
